This website is operated by Varatan Designs (OPC) Private Limited. Throughout the site, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Varatan. We offer this website and its services subject to your acceptance of these Terms and all related policies.

3. Product Information

Each Varatan piece is handcrafted. Slight variations in color, finish, or dimensions are natural characteristics of artisanal work and not considered defects.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in local currency (INR for India, USD or EUR for international customers).
All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s integrated gateways.

In the event of pricing or stock errors, Varatan reserves the right to cancel or refund orders.

5. Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

We ship within India and internationally.
Delivery times vary by location and customs clearance.
Import duties and taxes (where applicable) are borne by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photography, copy, and trademarks on this site are owned by Varatan and protected by law. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

7. Warranty & Limitations

Varatan jewelry is crafted to the highest standards of design and quality. Each piece is inspected before shipment and accompanied by an authenticity certificate verifying material and craftsmanship. Our policies do not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

Varatan makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
