About Varatan
Where Meaning Meets Mastery
Varatan exists at the intersection of symbolism, craftsmanship, and modern design. Born from a deep reverence for sacred motifs — especially the timeless form of the Hand of Blessing — each piece is created to carry more than aesthetic beauty. It carries intention.
Every design begins with a simple belief: strength and clarity come from within. Our pieces are crafted to serve as quiet reminders of that inner source — modern talismans for those who value both artistry and meaning.
Rooted in meticulous handwork and contemporary form, Varatan’s creations are intentionally minimal, sculptural, and deeply personal. Each piece is designed to be lived with, held close, and passed forward — a story in metal that becomes part of your own.
About THE FOUNDER
Archana Mittal
Designer. Archivist of Symbolism. Quiet Observer of Form.
For Archana, Varatan is the culmination of a lifelong fascination with sacred geometry, ancient motifs, and the emotional power objects can hold. Trained in traditional silversmithing and contemporary metalsmith techniques, she blends old-world craft with a modern, architectural aesthetic.
The Hand of Blessing — a symbol she has been drawn to since childhood — became the spark for Varatan. In its lines she found a language of protection, presence, and inner grounding. That language now shapes every collection.
Archana’s design approach is deliberate and intuitive: reduce, refine, and reveal only what matters. Her pieces aren’t made to speak loudly — they’re made to resonate quietly, forming intimate connections with those who wear them.
With Varatan, Archana aims to create heirloom-worthy objects d’art that transcend seasons and trends — timeless artefacts shaped with care, intention, and soul.
