1. Shipping

All Varatan pieces are shipped from our Mumbai warehouse.

Processing time:
Ready to Ship pieces: up to 15 business days.
Made to Order pieces: up to 2.5 months including production.
Delivery time:
India: 3–10 business days post dispatch.
International: 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Shipping partners: Insured services such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, and FedEx.
Tracking: You will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Every Varatan piece is handcrafted — individually cast, set, and finished by skilled artisans. This means no two creations are ever identical. Subtle variations in texture, tone, or stone color are natural marks of the handmade process and not imperfections.

We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully — including size details, materials, and whether a piece is Ready to Ship or Made to Order — before completing your purchase.

Ready to Ship

Ready to Ship pieces are eligible for exchange only in the rare event that the item arrives damaged during transit. Requests for exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@varatan.com with clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once approved, the damaged item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all authenticity cards, pouches, and documentation.

Made to Order

Made to Order and customized pieces are handcrafted specifically for you and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of damage during shipping.

Important Notes
Minor irregularities in stone color, polish, or craftsmanship reflect the artisanal nature of each piece and are not considered defects.
Exchanges are processed only after our quality team verifies the condition of the returned item.
Varatan does not offer refunds or cancellations once production or dispatch has begun.
All products are shipped via insured logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.
